CRM w/customer & marketing analytics software

Hello everyone...
So I was wondering if anyone knows of a software solution that not only provides CRM, but customer and marketing analytics as well...
Some of the customer and marketing analytics functionality that I am searching for is the following:
- Ability to import marketing list with client or customer info, SIC code, SIC code description, employee size and location type
- The ability to input the method in which my company attained an interested potential client or customer when they contact us, e.g., referral partner (which one), client referral (which one), cold call (which sales rep), direct mailing (which campaign ID)
- Perform analytics on the previous bulleted information by identifying them by SIC code, SIC code description, employee size and location type... To aid in identifying which demographics are responding and by which methods.

CRM with Analytics
The two products I would consider researching are SalesForce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Both systems have the features you listed above. Both are offered as hosted solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM can also be on-premise.
