New MSP looking for insurance pointers

Hello everyone, I’m launching a small managed IT support company for restaurants in Dallas-Fort Worth. It’s a new business. The owner is based outside the US, and there’s no Texas office yet. All clients and their systems are in the US. I’m looking for tech E&O and cyber cover before my first client.
