When we started MSPAlliance, the goal was to bring some order and clarity to what was then a very unstructured and fast-growing market.

There were a lot of companies calling themselves managed service providers, but there wasn’t much consistency in how they operated. We wanted to change that. We wanted to help MSPs run their businesses professionally, build trust with their customers, and be recognized for the critical work they do.

Over the last twenty years, we’ve seen the profession grow and mature. Most of that growth is being driven by a smaller group of MSPs who are competent, transparent, and certified. They’re the ones setting the standard. They’re the ones who can demonstrate operational maturity and deliver reliable, secure service every day.
