Hello everyone, I’m launching a small managed IT support company for restaurants in Dallas-Fort Worth. It’s a new business. The owner is based outside the US, and there’s no Texas office yet. All clients and their systems are in the US. I’m looking for tech E&O and cyber cover before my first client. You can certinaly inquire from the MSPAlliance Insurance program. WRiting policies outside the US is not impossible, but may require additional resources depending on where you are located and what local insurance laws they have. My suggestion is use our cyber insurance program ([link hidden]) and they should be able to advise you.
