I am looking at choosing a CRM system for this new MSP venture i am undertaking. I wanted to get some opinions and/or suggestions regarding this.
The solutions I have been reading up on are these, in no specific order.
Salesforce.com SugarCRM (Pro and Community Edition) vTiger
I have heard that Autotask provide CRM functionality as well, but I just glanced over their website.
I am 85% sure that I will use Do IT Smarter's "Instant MSP" solution when I jump into this thing, so not yet sure if they have a solution that would cover my CRM application needs.
I am looking for the following: Contact Information Management Contact Communication Management (inbound and outbound) Sales Lead Management Campaign Management Helpdesk Ticket Management Project Management Invoicing/Billing
