How do you proactively protect your customers?

I'm always curious to find out how others are proactively protecting their client's networks from security threats, like Viruses, Phishing, Intrusion Prevention, and Spyware, in addition to productivity loss, like Spam management, controlling Instant Messaging or Peer-to-Peer programs, and Web Content filtering and monitoring?
