This week I was privileged to speak on a panel at the ITEXPO in LA. This event brought approximately 7,000 channel resellers and end-users together to talk about one thing...all things voice!
Managed services, not surprisingly, played an important role at this conference. I say not surprisingly because the telecom providers were really some of the first players in the MSP market. What really struck me was the amount of division between the voice and the data side of managed services. There is so much synergy there, but also a great divide between these two camps. Lots of work to be done resolving this issue.
