Milestones are important, if only to serve as indicators of momentum, and GFI MAX undeniably has momentum at the moment. The remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform vendor has been staking a claim in the SMB managed services sector over the past few years. MSPs, many of whom are new to building a managed services practice have standardized on GFI as a low cost but comprehensive technology platform. Perhaps more telling is that the growth appears to be spread globally and not just in North America…125 countries to be exact!
According to GFI general manager Alistair Forbes the achievement marks a 40% growth over the last 13 months where GFI previously had 5,000 MSPs as partners. “Reaching a total of 7,000 customers is a big milestone for us – we aim to provide a suite of tools that allow our customers to build their businesses and operate them profitably and it is encouraging to see more and more MSPs adopting them to help them achieve those objectives,” said Forbes.
GFI has developed a strong brand within the MSP community and is known to invest significant time and resources into their MSPs in order to help them achieve success. Other RMM platform vendors have also done similar but it is nice to see GFI having success with their program. We hope they keep up the good work!
