The continued migration of telephony VARs into the managed services profession will be on full display at MSPWorld in Los Angeles this week. Not only will this MSPWorld even be the largest in our 10 year history, but I’m anticipating it will also be the most diverse group of service providers we’ve seen.
The word has gotten out and large to small, security to storage, telephony to IT, all manner of service providers will be in attendance as they learn essential skills critical to remaining relevant and successful in the managed services profession.
