PSA software vendor, Autotask Corporation, has agreed to acquire Soonr, a provider of enterprise secure file sharing and collaboration services for IT business managers. Soonr offers a file sharing and synchronization (FSS) solution with enterprise-grade functionality in a hybrid-cloud environment.
