This is an interesting news story about an investigation into PC repair shops in the UK. I’m sure the behavior described in this story is not unique or specific only to the UK but is taking place all throughout the world. But, it does raise some serious questions about “outsourcing” and something that I have always talked and written about which is oversight or accountability for our profession.
