Bridging the Gap Between MSP and Consumer

During the 1970s everyone wanted to be a lawyer. Enrollment at law schools skyrocketed and the legal professional enjoyed a surge of new members. The managed services profession is going through the same growth at this very moment.

There is so much buzz in the IT channel today about managed services it is almost comical. Everyone wants to be an MSP and everyone else wants to sell something to MSPs. Yet with all this excitement there are some in the channel today who harbor a certain amount of skepticism about managed services. I would like to address this issue.

It is easy to become distracted by all the channel chatter surrounding managed services. To be honest, sometimes even I sit back with incredulity about how much managed services are on everyone
