COLUMBIA, S.C., May 31, 2005 – – Business Vitals, a Columbia-based IT risk management firm, has been named to Entrepreneur magazines 11th annual Hot 100 list of Americas fastest-growing new businesses. The list is published in the magazines June issue.
Business Vitals specializes in information technology (IT) risk management services, including IT security audits, business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) planning, IT operational risk assessments, interim CIO programs and tactical IT support services that secure day-to-day business operations and execution.
Business Vitals recently marked the successful completion of its third year in business. In 2004, the company doubled in size and achieved its 12th consecutive quarter of profitability. In March, it expanded offices to deepen coverage of eastern U.S. customers.
