CHICO, CA, April 10, 2007 - The MSP Alliance (The International Association of Managed Service Providers) today announced that ClearPointe Technology, Inc. has received Managed Services Accreditation status for its Network Operation Center based in Little Rock, Arkansas. This achievement provides ClearPointe clients and partners with the knowledge that this facility has met all the security and privacy guidelines as set forth in the Managed Services Accreditation Exam. MSPs that are entering the managed services profession will also be able to take advantage of ClearPointe’s accredited NOC when they take the Managed Services Accreditation Exam™.

The Managed Services Accreditation Exam™ tests MSPs for their overall capabilities to deliver efficient and secure managed services. In addition to testing areas related to business, financial and corporate security practices, the exam looks at other areas such as client retention and satisfaction, automation, and managed services efficiencies.
