I’m [member], founder of [company] LLC. We’re an Arizona MSP and MSSP, and we also run the physical datacenters the services sit on. Managed IT, cybersecurity, and the floor itself are one operation, not three vendors. The datacenters are ours to operate. Racks, power, thermals, network, and private cloud live in facilities we control in the Phoenix area, built so client workloads stay close, reachable, and out of a shared public-cloud black box. I watch capacity the way I watch security: load, temperature, and power on the rack, not just a ticket after something fails. Backups are immutable. Identity is locked down. The design target is energy-neutral infrastructure, so the floor isn’t only reliable, it’s responsible. Healthcare, financial services, and anyone who can’t absorb downtime are the environments this is built for. On top of that floor I run Mako, our agent layer. Mako isn’t a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. It’s a set of agentic skills that already know the environment: SOC, NOC, and DCIM. A skill can pull EDR, logs, metrics, and rack telemetry into one chain, score what matters, and act — contain a host, rotate a key, open the ticket, or flag a hot rack and shift load before it trips. Mako escalates to me and the team only when judgment is required, and it hands off with the full context, not a 2 a.m. false alarm. The same engineers who stand in the aisle train and correct the skills that watch it. I’ve spent more than 30 years in enterprise IT, engineering, DevOps, and security operations. [company] exists so a smaller company can get that combination — a physical datacenter plus agents that actually operate it — without enterprise overhead. Long-term relationships over short-term margin. I’m also CEO of Celestis AI Incorporated. Check us out and looking forward to collaborating.
