Introducing [company]: An MSP's View from Puerto Rico

Hi everyone — we're [company] Corp, a managed IT, cybersecurity, and professional services firm based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, serving clients across the mainland U.S., Puerto Rico and LATAM. I'm José [member], CEO, and our team focuses on a handful of sectors where compliance and uptime aren't optional — mainly healthcare (FQHCs and hospitals), federal and defence contractors, higher education, and insurance and financial institutions. We're joining this community for the same reason most of you probably did running an MSP well is hard to do alone, and we'd rather learn from peers who've already worked through the same issues we're facing.
