Hello everyone, I’m [member], co-founder and CEO of [company]. We’re an ISV, pleased to join the MSPAlliance community and looking forward to exchanging ideas and learning from fellow members. We’re building CHOPs and CHOPStack, a platform for AI-native applications that interpret operational data, make decisions and execute actions across cloud and on-premises environments. Our initial applications combine intelligent Kubernetes and infrastructure management with FinOps—helping MSPs optimize workloads and resources, identify waste, forecast spending and automate cost-saving actions within agreed trust and approval controls. These capabilities can work together or independently, supporting multi-tier B2B management across the MSP, its business customers and their organizational units, with delegated access and financial accountability at each level. The goal is measurable customer savings, less manual work and stronger service margins. We’re also making CHOPs and CHOPStack available through OEM licensing, enabling MSPs to build their own AI-native applications and differentiated services, with trust scoring, autonomy controls and governance built in. A central question for us is how much autonomy should an AI agent have—and under what conditions? Our trust and governance layer, [company] Arbiter, combines trust scoring, approval requirements, policy controls and audit trails to govern when agents can act independently and when they must involve a person. The MSP retains control over the boundaries for each customer environment. As we develop the platform, we’re keen to exchange perspectives on cloud cost optimization, operational automation and the practical challenges of adopting AI responsibly in managed services. We’ll contribute what we learn along the way. Where would trusted AI autonomy make the biggest difference in your operations—and what would you need to see before allowing an agent to act? Looking forward to the conversation. [member] Co-founder & CEO | [company], Inc. [link hidden]
