Longstanding MSPAlliance member, Directpointe, has announced a new platform as a service offering based on Quest Software solutions. According to Dan Atkinson, DirectPointe’s vice president of marketing, the company’s current install base on 170 clients will begin to have access to this new offering this month.
This move makes DirectPointe a “master MSP” of sorts for Quest, mimicking the move SilverBack Technologies (now part of Dell) many years ago when it teamed up with Do IT Smarter to bring that RMM vendor wide spread visibility to smaller MSPs and VARs who could not otherwise have developed the solution on their own.
