TORONTO, ON September 14, 2005 Fusepoint Managed Services, a leading provider of outsourced managed IT services and infrastructure today announced a string of new customer wins including Digital Payment, Performa Financial Group, IKEA, Meridian KM Solutions, ClearView Strategic Partners, and Certified Management Accountants of Canada. In addition, Fusepoint has named David MacGrandle as chief financial officer and Dante Scocchia as vice president of operations.

Industry Veterans Tapped to Accelerate Growth
Adding to the strength of its executive team, Fusepoint has announced the appointment of David MacGrandle as chief financial officer. As CFO, Mr. MacGrandle leads all of Fusepoints financial activities, bringing with him over 15 years of industry experience with technology service providers. He was most recently CFO of Masergy Communications, where he successfully led financing activities of over 0M. Prior to Masergy Communications, David held executive positions at EDS, CapRock Communications and Excel Communications. Mr. MacGrandle has earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation. He holds an MBA and MSMAS from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BS degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences from Texas A&M University.
