ST. HELIER, JERSEY, June 27, 2007 — Kaseya, a global provider of Managed Service Automation (MSA) software for IT solution providers and corporate IT organizations, today announced it has launched a technology alliance program to improve customer service and support by collaborating with IT service companies and improving software integration. Autotask, Tigerpaw and Catbird are the first three companies to join the alliance.
The program provides a comprehensive development environment, technical support and support for sales and marketing, including reciprocal communications with customers, joint case studies and more. An API will be added later in the year to ease integrations and collaboration.
“The Kaseya Alliance Program promises to instill customers’ confidence that their vendors are working together to ensure the best possible service and support,” said Dan Shapero, senior vice president of marketing for Kaseya. “Participation in this alliance program validates Kaseya’s and alliance members’ commitment to put the customer first.”
The first three members of the alliance include Autotask and Tigerpaw, companies that deliver professional service automation (PSA) tools, and Catbird, a vendor providing comprehensive security as a managed service. Kaseya already has global common customers with Autotask and Tigerpaw and the alliance provides the opportunity for common customers to leverage their technology investments.
“We have been using Tigerpaw for several years and are excited about this alliance and Tigerpaw’s integration with Kaseya,” said Barry Monies, president and CEO of Computronix, LLC. “By forging this alliance, Kaseya and Tigerpaw allow me to increase service levels to my managed services customers.”
“Having worked with both Kaseya and Autotask, we were thrilled to hear about this alliance,” said Tom Beckman, client network operations manager for Infinity Business Systems. “In this world of hosted environments, developing meaningful internal reporting between dissimilar systems can be difficult. Alliances like this show promise in helping small- to medium-sized businesses develop real business intelligence in their critical data stores.”
