Attention all MSPAlliance members. A Texas end user company would like to engage a managed service provider to handle the following request.
1) 24 hour monitoring and support of our network, including updates, patches, and maintaining connectivity.
2) Hardware support
3) Convenience of a local presence for on-site diagnostics and repairs as needed.
4) Review of current setup and make recommendations for performance improvement
5) End user has at most 10 employees
