Last week, MSPAlliance member outsourceIT, a Virginia based MSP, acquired Galvin & Associates, a MSP based in North Carolina. While the details of the transaction are not known, geographic expansion, along with new service capabilities appear to be the primary objectives underlying this acquisition.
The trend of M&A fueling growth continues and we’ll be expecting a lot more deals before this cycle is over.
