The basic premise is a hosted application that allows MSPs to complete manage all their passwords, both internal use and customer, in an easy to access format. The latest feature enhancement boasts a mobile app.
So, what’s the business case around this application? Actually, we’ve seen a lot of MSPs over the years use a wide variety of methods for storing passwords. Even MSPs who don’t store any customer passwords still have to maintain their own internal passwords. And storage is only a fraction of the sotry. We still see a lot of varied adoption of password management policies, much less enforcement of these policies.
