Compushare, MSPAlliance member and provider of managed IT services to financial institutions, today announced it’s acquisition of Virtual Empowerment, a Dallas based technology company who developed a platform to web enable legacy financial applications.
This deal follows the recent acquisition of Simply-Webb by financial services and accredited MSP HEIT. HEIT and Compushare both seem to be making significant strides to remain dominant leaders in the financial services vertical market. No doubt we will be seeing more activity from both companies in the future.
