After 12 years, the MSPAlliance is still committed to reaching end-users and helping them understand the benefits of managed serivces (and cloud computing) as much as we are interested in helping our own consituents, the service providers. I was asked to write a piece for the Wall Street Journal discussing why I thought there should be more self regulation and oversight within the global service provider industry.

As much as the MSPAlliance tries to educate, guide, and inform the MSP and IT community, all of us have to remain focused on the end user customer and ensure that their needs are ultimately met.
