- iPads and other iOS devices on the rise in managed services environments
- Cloud has helped MSPs articulate end user awareness of managed services
- Cloud is NOT for every client!
- Cloud will NOT always save you money!
- email has become a commoditized MSP offering, important to the client but not a primary distinguishing factor
- specialization and verticals remain very important for MSPs
- lack of cash and other resources main inhibitor to MSP growth
- make sure clients are happy because other MSPs are ready to take them away
- UCS audits are helping MSPs with a variety of issues, from shoring up internal problems before they become public, demonstrating capabilities to clients, and winning business that would otherwise have not been possible
