-- Premium Internetwork Services (PIS) provide customers with high-level operational solutions and an on-going relationship with Multiven that includes unlimited access to the Internetwork Solutions Center, familiarity with customers' network infrastructure and personnel.
-- PremiumTouch Internetwork Service (PTIS) -- a high-touch Premium service that includes a designated expert engineer that serves as the customer's advocate within Multiven.
Optimization Services -- Optimum Internetwork Services (OIS) provide clients worldwide with proactive carrier-class consulting services delivered by a designated team of industry-experts reflecting individual customer needs.
Hybrid Services -- PremiumPlus Internetwork Services (PPIS) -- an amalgamation of network operations and optimization support services.
