Multiven Expands Service Offerings to Ease Network Support Pains

Multiven, Inc., a fast growing global provider of multivendor and multi-technology network operations and optimization lifecycle support services, today announced the expansion of its service offerings as part of a comprehensive set of solutions designed to meet growing customer needs for tailored and specialized network support services.

“The expansion of our service offerings is in response to increasing customer demand for affordable and robust internetwork solutions,” said Peter Alfred-Adekeye, CEO of Multiven. “Networks are technologically complex, infrastructurally diverse, and increasingly indispensable to companies looking to excel in today’s competitive business environment. Our unprecedented converged support expertise translates to an immense reduction in the total-cost-of-network-ownership, a prolonged infrastructure lifespan and a completely pervasive network for our customers.”

The new service offerings are segmented into Network Operations, Optimization and Hybrid Services. They provide greater price and solutions flexibility for Multiven’s diverse customer-base of Managed Service Providers, Network Equipment Manufacturers, Large Enterprises, SMBs and Governments worldwide, as they seek to make their network infrastructure highly-available and improve their end-customer experience cost-effectively.
