Further evidence of the Australian/New Zealand market demanding to be more integrated with the rest of the MSP community, Remove Monitoring and Management (RMM) company Naverisk announced a partnership with email security software vendor Reflexion. The relationship will integrate Reflexion’s email solutions into the Naverisk platform. Reflexion, a Boston, MA based company, currently boasts over 7,500 users of its solution while Naverisk, is based in Auckland, New Zealand company, and has been making significant strides to penetrate the North American market place and this move will undoubtedly help.
According to Naverisk CEO, Jon Kalaugher, “the key focus for Naverisk is on helping our partners grow their businesses. With the addition of Reflexion’s services, our partners can now turn a low margin “anti-virus only” sale into a 300%+ margin opportunity and win new business with a strong and unique value proposition,” said Jon Kalaugher, Naverisk’s founder and CEO.
The continued trend of MSP enabling vendors working with one another has been a standard practice for a number of years. Reflexion, who already has a very strong presence amongst the SMB managed services and cloud communities, will likely benefit by having its brand and technology baked into a MSP user base that is strongly represented in New Zealand and Australia. Naverisk stands to benefit by attaching itself to the Reflexion user base that has a strong presence in North America. From all outward appearances, this is not only a good technical partnership but it will truly help both organizations and their respective partners.
It is not every day that we see a truly equitable partnership between MSP enabling vendors. We will keep a close eye on this relationship as it progresses.
