REDWOOD SHORES, CALIFORNIA – December 18, 2006 – Nimsoft today announced that Novell, a worldwide provider of open standards-based software, has selected its NimBUS Service Level Management (SLM) solution to provide advanced and proactive service level monitoring for Novell's managed services offering. The NimBUS end-to-end solution plays a pivotal role in ensuring Novell’s customers worldwide experience stable, efficient IT infrastructure performance.
Novell’s IT Services Division provides outsourced services to customers worldwide, helping them manage their heterogeneous computing platforms, including Unix, SUSE Linux Enterprise from Novell, Novell NetWare and Windows.
