Phil LaforgeTDS Hosted & Managed Services, LLC has formally changed its name to OneNeck® IT Solutions LLC. Now operating under OneNeck IT Solutions, a TDS® Company are VISI Incorporated; TEAM Technologies, LLC; OneNeck IT Services Corporation; Vital Support Systems, L.L.C.; and MSN Communications, Inc. These companies were acquired by Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., a Fortune 500® company.

President and CEO Phil LaForge said, “I’m thrilled about our new name, OneNeck IT Solutions. It unites all five of our hosted and managed service companies as one IT solutions master brand. This unification also solidifies our company as the next generation provider that our customers are looking for to deliver tailored, end-to-end IT solutions.”

The companies unifying as OneNeck IT Solutions include: VISI Inc., TEAM Technologies, OneNeck IT Services, Vital Support Systems, and MSN Communications. This group of companies was acquired by Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., a Fortune 500® company, and organized as TDS Hosted & Managed Services, LLC.

“Getting to one name was very important,” LaForge said. “We were already presenting ourselves to customers and executing our projects as one team. With a unified brand, it will be easier for customers to understand what we do and how we do it, while still delivering the high-touch service they expect.”

OneNeck IT Solutions has nearly 650 employees throughout the country and specializes in the engineering and management of IT infrastructure, including: cloud and hosting solutions, colocation services, managed services, ERP management, professional services and IT hardware sales. The company owns and operates four Tier 3 data centers in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin and manages two Tier 2 data centers in Arizona.

According to LaForge, the new name also unifies the brand to better reflect the company’s expanded capabilities and unified IT offerings. He says, “The single brand enables us to create a simpler structure that results in less confusion by customers and employees. Plus, it allows us to develop a consistent approach to facilitate future growth and expansion while delivering the IT solutions our customers need.”
