Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) provider, IndependenceIT, today announced it has entered into a licensing agreement with Verio, an NTT Communications Company. The agreement will allow Verio to deliver DaaS offerings based on IndependenceIT Cloud Workspace Suite technology using Verio’s IT service platform.
The Cloud Workspace Suite provides a full-featured Microsoft Windows desktop, and corporate file systems, from anywhere and on any device. The technology includes a Web-based management system that unifies all user systems management tasks into a “single pane of glass.” The platform supports more than 600 business applications, enabled on-demand from within the interface.
