Zenith Infotech, a leading provider of managed services infrastructure, will launch its MSP@SAAZ NG product at the C3EXPO in New York on the 28th-30th of June. This launch comes a year after Zenith launched its MSP@SAAZ platform in May of 2004 at Networld + Interop in Las Vegas.

In the past one year we have seen tremendous success with over 70 managed service providers adopting our platform and deploying it to more than 400 end customer sites. Some of the MSPs who have adopted the MSP@SAAZ platform are RealTime IT Support Center, Computronix, JPMerc & Co., Logicalis and Data Processing Sciences.
MSP@SAAZ NG has a host of new features. Notable among them being spyware/malware protection, self healing/help desk assistant technology, vulnerability scanning and management of anti-virus updates and backups. In addition to MSP@SAAZ NG, we are formally announcing our NOC@SAAZ NG service which allows our partners to avoid the expense of running a large NOC said Akash Saraf, CEO of Zenith Infotech. According to Akash, partners find the NOC service extremely attractive not only because of the cost savings but the partners are only charged as they add customers and do not need to invest upfront money in a large technical team.
Zenith expects to end the year with 150 managed service partners and about 1000 client sites.
