Targeted at end-users having between 75 to a 1000 computers, its an IT infrastructure management service that offers end-users a compelling alternative to having internal IT staff do this work or contracting services on a time and material basis.
The Virtual IT Management Service is built on Zenith Infotechs MSP@SAAZ NG platform which is being used by companies such as Sony, LG, Carnegie Mellon, Tupperware and Alstom to manage their IT infrastructure. This service is delivered by Zenith partners from their network operation centers. Services provided include patch management, spyware and malware protection, monitoring and troubleshooting of servers, applications, networks, firewalls, backups as well as vulnerability scanning.
Deploying patches, removing spyware, monitoring servers, managing backups and recovering from crashes consumes 60% of the time of internal IT staff, said W. The Virtual IT Management service from Zeniths partners helps end-customers get rid of this burden at a cost that is one-third that of either having internal staff do it or contracting labor on a time and material basis.
