The Autotask Professional Services team will be led by Len DiCostanzo, who is widely-recognized in the IT industry as a pioneer of the recurring services business model, and has 26 years of IT experience, most of it as a business technology solution provider in the channel. As Senior Vice President of Professional Services, DiCostanzo is responsible for developing the Company’s professional services offerings and helping its growing customer base to leverage best practices in IT service business automation.

The new Professional Services offerings will include consultative services focused on automating and optimizing key business processes, advanced business and technical training and benchmarking audits. DiCostanzo is currently building the Autotask professional services team to develop and deliver packaged service offerings. The offerings will provide an additional level of Autotask involvement/partnering with customers to enhance their business automation, and aid in the adoption of the Autotask solution.
Prior to joining Autotask, Len provided consulting services to emerging software companies to help them better understand their channel partners and help the IT solution provider community automate and optimize their business operations. As part of this effort, Len consulted on many successful MSP business transformation projects, working individually with solution providers to make the transition from a break/fix service model to one that generates sustainable, predictable recurring revenue. He has also taught – and learned from – hundreds of MSPs through personally-conducted online and in-person classes, seminars and workshops delivered around the globe. Len now brings all this experience, and proven learning tools, to the table for Autotask's customers through the company's professional services offerings.
