This week’s MSPWorld event in Dublin had one notable item to report that should be interesting to other MSPs, wherever they may be. When asked if they were optimistic about next year and their managed services pipelines, nearly every hand went into the air.
Normally I take these impromptu surveys with a grain of salt since business owners tend to be optimistic naturally. Being in the risk business tends to breed that type of outlook. But, particularly in Europe, MSPs have been very hard hit by the economy and have been trying to dig their way out for the last two years. Optimism, it is safe to say, has been muted in Europe for the past few years.
Maybe the tide is turning. Are you optimistic about 2011?
