Nimsoft, maker of IT monitoring and management software technology, announced it has expanded its Nimsoft Service Desk platform to be available in both French and German. Nimsoft Service Desk provides essential incident, problem, change/configuration, SLA, knowledge and catalog/request management functionality.
Nimsoft has long been active in the global markets, including Europe, but there are some interesting inferences we can draw from this announcement.
First, while the US markets may be taking a wait and see approach pending the Fall elections, the additions of French and German languages does map to two of the larger cloud and managed services markets in Europe. Second, the fact that Nimsoft has traditionally catered to the mid market MSP, we can also assume that demand for mid market solutions in Europe is either on the rise or anticipated by Nimsoft to rise in the near future.
Nimsoft Service Desk is also available in US English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, simplified Chinese and Japanese.
