Kaseya Connect is next week in Orlando Florida and I am already feeling the excitement. User conferences are unique opportunities to get inside a company and their technology. But, it’s also about more than that. User conferences can offer insights into how partner communities are doing, what they are thinking, and where they are headed.
Kaseya is not a new company. They’ve been interacting with MSPs for over a decade. Next week’s conference will be a good chance for me to assess where Kaseya wants to go over the next decade. They have some ambitious plans but I think they have the resources and technology to make them happen.
User conferences are also great venues to see what new technologies MSPs want from their vendors. The pace at which Kaseya has been acquiring new features is remarkable. Seeing new feature requests from MSPs is an excellent way to glimpse the future of managed services delivery models and product offerings.
Most importantly, Kaseya Connect is a good chance for me to network and get greater insight into a MSP monitoring and management platform that has been in use by MSPs for a long time.
