In one of the first major MSP acquisitions of 2014, longstanding MSPAlliance member and database managed service provider Ntirety will be acquired by hosting provider HOSTING. The acquisition unites HOSTING’s managed cloud hosting and professional services platforms with Ntirety’s Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL remote and on-premise data services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The parties anticipate that the acquisition will close before the end of March.

Headquartered in Denver, HOSTING serves more than 3,000 customers from six data centers spread throughout various high volume areas of the country. It will leverage Ntirety’s existing brand, staffing and operational framework from the company’s current Boston location.

Ntirety is a Unified Certification Standard audited MSP and Mr. Corey also serves on the MSPAlliance Board of Advisors.
