Naverisk Announces Integration with ScreenConnect

RMM vendor Naverisk today announced an integration with remote control company ScreenConnect. Users of the Naverisk RMM and Service Desk platform now have the option to launch a ScreenConnect Remote Control session directly from the Naverisk web console, with one click install and uninstall and auto discovery of existing ScreenConnect installations.

The integration of these two market IT management solutions has been completed and will be available in the Naverisk 2014 R2 release, due Q4 2014.
