We are fairly new in the MSP business. The problem we have been having is properly identifying customers and their type of agreements in our Connectwise system so that there is not confusion as to whether these customers are on a contract or on billable time. We need the ability for anyone who initially speaks to a customer, receptionist, sales, helpdesk, etc. to immediately identify what they have and what is covered under the agreement they have. The A/R clerk has to ask to ensure we are billing correctly at the end of the process. We need it identified at the beginning not the end. I know there has to be an easy way to remedy this. Anyone have any suggesstions?
