AimNet Solutions today announce the accreditation of its managed services and managed services platform by the MSP Alliances Managed Services Accreditation Program (MSAP). As one of only three organizations certified in the initial release of the program, it is an affirmation of AimNet Solutions leadership position in the Managed Services industry.
The MSP Alliances Accreditation Program will provide significant value to the marketplace, said Bill Strain, CTO at AimNet Solutions. It will assist customers in understanding where specific MSPs stand from a maturity level management platform, processes, and financial stability in delivering managed services for their critical information systems and networks. The MSAP is a newly developed program that provides a wide base of criteria intended to measure the capabilities of managed service providers. The programs criteria, which were developed by the MSP Alliance Advisory Board over the last year, helps potential customers and providers compare service offerings against each other and industry benchmarks. Managed Service Providers apply for accreditation by completing a detailed survey of their NOC infrastructure, staffing, methods and procedures, industry training and certification, and finance and business metrics. Each submission is reviewed by the MSP Alliance Advisory Board to determine whether they meet the minimum accreditation standards.
