I am looking at choosing a CRM system for this new MSP venture i am undertaking. I wanted to get some opinions and/or suggestions regarding this.

The solutions I have been reading up on are these, in no specific order.

[ul][li]Salesforce.com[/li]
[li]SugarCRM (Pro and Community Edition)[/li]
[li]vTiger[/li]
[/ul]

I have heard that Autotask provide CRM functionality as well, but I just glanced over their website.

I am 85% sure that I will use Do IT Smarter’s “Instant MSP” solution when I jump into this thing, so not yet sure if they have a solution that would cover my CRM application needs.

I am looking for the following:
[ul]
[li]Contact Information Management[/li]
[li]Contact Communication Management (inbound and outbound)[/li]
[li]Sales Lead Management[/li]
[li]Campaign Management[/li]
[li]Helpdesk Ticket Management[/li]
[li]Project Management[/li]
[li]Invoicing/Billing[/li]
[/ul]

Any input, suggestions, or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
