About a year ago I started to hear MSPs talk about a new company, Halo PSA. It turns out, this company is not new, but they are doing some rather innovative things in the MSP ticketing space and being somewhat disruptive. After all, when you have a large community of MSPs actually switching their ticketing platforms, you know something disruptive is taking place.
